One potential concern with passkey-based web wallets is that it trains users to sign transactions on popup windows, exposing the user to scams. But a passkey is tied to the specific domain where it was created, so only the domain that created the passkey can request its use to sign transactions.

What are your thoughts on the isolation issues where you’re assets and value are fractured across hundreds of domain specific passkeys?

Global, cross-app web wallets solve this. Your address will move with you across sites, so your assets won’t be fractured. The signing will happen on a pop up window, like when you SSO with Google. The promise of Albedo from years ago! But actually possible now because of passkeys.
