He was just being ironic when observing a conversation between dapp builders on Ethereum. Today people are not able to distinguish irony from reality, they just want to attack through "ad hominem" All this because of the bad sentiment that the $ETH asset is passing through

I truly believe that Vitalik's political and philosophical ideology is communism. (my opinion) But he is the greatest defender of freedom that we know, the Ethereum network was the most effective invention/tool ever created, when it comes to freedom of transaction and creation. There may be occasional censorship by dapps and governments, but there is no censorship regarding creation limits.

What does it matter what a person's philosophical beliefs are? If you are a freedom fighter, you cannot attack someone for having different beliefs than you. Be sensible. Great business.
