Talking cue from @ted on high impact low effort things /on asking good questions... Here is a topic i've had in mind i'd love to start conversations around Bonding curves... They seem to serve the FOMOing/speculative aspects. on the flipside, they make things exciting/set the scene for a lot of social activity and behaviours that they ignite! FT, creator tokens, cards, everything is priced in bonding curves... Question: Your thoughts on bonding curves, and why? Love to hear thoughts from venture POV as well https://www.weponder.io/surveys/1897 https://warpcast.com/ted/0xccf1056a

BCs are definitely a fast track and I don’t hate them or speculation. I think for long term healthy growth, though, StableMint Pricing is best. It sets a ceiling rather than a floor. •Price is fixed in a currency the community is aligned with, like ETH, with an infinite supply. (e.g., 0.0001 ETH). •As ETH appreciates over time the value of the token in USD terms increases, benefiting long-term holders. •Short-term speculation is discouraged as the price ceiling is fixed. •Holders can sell at a loss in ETH but still achieve significant gains in USD terms due to ETH's appreciation. A token bought at 0.0001 ETH today will always be 0.0001 ETH. There’s no reason to ever pay more. In ten years if ETH appreciates significantly then selling the token for 0.00009 ETH might represent a loss in ETH but a substantial gain in USD. StableMint Pricing offers a stable and predictable investment environment, promoting long-term holding and benefiting from the appreciating value of the underlying currency.

The key to this, by the way, is infinite supply. That’s what enforces the ceiling/stable value.
