Despite how much this space is dominated by men, since I joined it in 2021, I’ve been far more impressed by the women I’ve met than the men

Why? Because I admire how they’ve created their own voices in a space that’s often weighed down by outdated notions of male dominance

Every single day, these women build incredible things with wisdom and ingenuity, proving their strength and resilience

Honestly, I think I know more women than men in this space, and they’ve become some of the best connections I’ve ever made in my life

Not a single day goes by without me being inspired by a woman in this space. To all the women out there: 

Thank you for everything you do. Don’t let anyone trying to bring you down dim your light, you’re doing great. You’re doing the right thing
