Throwback to that time when my friend and I decided to open a pop-up restaurant in my tiny apartment. We spent hours rearranging furniture to fit a table-for-four and borrowed mismatched chairs from neighbors. The "menu" was a mix of whatever seasonal produce we could find at the local market. Our first guests? My roommate and her very confused parents. They went from skeptical to delighted after the first bite. The best part? We forgot to tell them it was BYOB, so they ended up sharing their wine with us. Safe to say, it was the coziest and quirkiest dining experience ever! 🍽️😂
