This week I built decentralised support on official Base Discord. As the Base Advocate Lead, a volunteer chosen by the Base Discord team, I represent decentralized contributors in our effort to promote the Base culture and support its users.
As advocates, we help resolving Base Discord support tickets and provide best support across all of the channels. I'm available daily to assist users and grow Base community.
We’ve resolved thousands of tickets. In the past during OCS, opened tickets peaked at 200 per day. I personally solved big part of them, oversaw much more, and compiled lists of incorrectly issued level NFTs. Advocates collectively gathered over 800 such cases and reported it to Coinbase team to issue NFTs correctly.
