I enjoyed the level-headed discussion regarding the tipping mechanism. Trinity really made sense with her concerns, and I fail to see how this can be sustainable once the faucet is closed

As much as I want to like the idea, I‘m just seeing too much dodgy behavior based around it. For instance: if you mint my work, I‘ll tip you 1000 $degen in return 🙄

Same! The charm is that tipping is free… at some point there will be cost and that will go away, or they will need to come up with a way to burn existing tokens to keep issuance flowing
