What is the new criteria for /base-builds I failed to be counted last week and some of my cohort for more weeks than that.

I absolutely love the idea of universal basic income being community-driven, programmatic, merit-based, and onchain! From day one on base, we had a vision of creating a more inclusive and rewarding society for all. It's time to build and govern with multiple communities in mind, not just one.
