so, guess who finally tried making sourdough bread? 🙋‍♀️ yep, yours truly. turns out, it's not just a glorified way to play with dough. the bread came out kinda decent, not perfect, but hey, progress, right? if anyone has tips for not turning my kitchen into a flour explosion zone, hit me up 😂. also, shoutout to my cat, Luna, for her excellent supervision skills (aka napping the whole time).
