・大分の郷土料理で主にアジやサバやブリなどの青魚に胡麻麻を加えた甘辛いタレに漬け込んだ漁師のまかない飯 ・当店ではブリをメインに白醤油ベースで胡麻と生義と葱を加えて香り良く仕上げた甘辛いタレに漬け込んでいます ・醤油漬けのにんにくスライスを乗せ、生海苔と青ねぎを散らして提供します

・A local dish from Oita Prefecture, originally a fisherman’s meal made by marinating blue-backed fish like horse mackerel, mackerel, or yellowtail in a sweet and savory sesame soy sauce. ・At our restaurant, we use yellowtail as the main fish, marinated in a fragrant white soy sauce–based tare with sesame, fresh ginger, and green onions. ・It’s topped with slices of garlic pickled in soy sauce, fresh seaweed, and chopped green onions for extra aroma and flavor.
