not trying to decentralize feedback, the dao is to distributr earnings and choose apps

You have to take my post with a sense of humor, my friend, and accept the criticism 😁😄. 

I link it to ethereum just for the joke, although I think this kind of idea will only be proposed by ecosystem maximalists 😁😄. 

I don't think we can decentralize everything, because I think that makes us less efficient.

It's enough to have experts to give feedback and it's not necessary to have a dao.

This is my opinion, I may not be right and your idea may be great.
