I want to launch an onchain app on the superchain during this flight, any chain is fine. 

Assume I am a brand new developer. 

What is the best way for me to go about it? 

The app can be a simple one: 

> homepage 
> connect wallet 
> click one of 4 options to make a simple attestation/tx 
> one random person who clicks wins from the reward pot every day. 
> each wallet can only do 1 tx a day. 

How do I do this? Is it too much?
