first reply to this was "I'm not here to onboard, I'm here to print" trying to take more seriously integrating women into the day to day of Proxy Studio, wherever and whenever it makes sense. personally think I can print and do that. crypto is the only area of my life where gender stuff is so lopsided

There are some facts there. Anyway, crypto is not just these dumb coins but this is what people see and how people think about crypto.. just stuff for 'bros', kiddos and pseudoinfluencers, and, ofc, the speculators. I think there is no way for mass adoption with these guys leading the narrative.

Building utilities and fun things to do onchain, this could be the way. I can understand anyone rejecting being part of a movement leaded by people with no brain and no respect. Most of the people do not want to be related with them.. crypto out of the US looks like this, ther is some work to do. And, it is not easy.

When I start to talk about new ways of doing things.. thinking about public goods fundraising, artists and builders synergies, decentralized social networks and all these new dapps trying to do things in a better way.. they everyone wants to know more about it.. and, ofc, be part of that..

With this.. and the life change opportunity.. it is enough to generate interest on them, then... learning curve, gas and scams become the next wall.. (smart wallets and superchain, helping with that, still early)

I am bullish, everyone is working hard on that.. and, eventually mass adoption will be a problem in the past.. just need to show people that crypto is not about bros.. but for everyone..

its not that I disagree with anything you said, but I feel like its sort of what everyone says, whereas in my day to day that doesn't feel like the case. so more what I wonder is how, specifically, do we onboard a wider range of person into the industry. because thats where culture starts. we won't have different

Disagreeing is not bad at all, through debate is how we evolve (imo) yeah, different people will built different things but I don't think that crypto has no mindset variety, we are all very different, the problem (imo) is the image.. this image does not represent the whole industry but it is how people see us

currently, spending the morning on helping my sis to run a python script for linear regression with AI, she is macro economist w/ 0 interest in crypto. I came here for the tech.. have no idea how to attract people like she without having products that they want to use.. and, part of my opinion came from their mouths.

I do not use words like influencers, bros, or even crypto. I have no problem with people's lifestyle nor cultures, I think they are all free to choose but when even my sis is including me in a group of people with does not represent me, even knowing it.. feels like I am sending the wrong message..
