how much money do you need to start a company (launch a startup) in your country? supposing no profits on the first years.. (no tax on earnings)

The government here donโ€™t ask for money when you are about to start a company but you pay to register it but thatโ€™s about $300

only taxes on earnings, then? assuming no earnings, nothing that's looks fair.. some countries should learn from it.. we have to pay monthly quotes even with no earnings.. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿค” never understood this
