since warpcast is too complex now and every wallet has a different behaviour with testnets, explaining it is a bit tricky, 

just ignore it if the wallets is no trying to transact in base sepolia testnet network

anyway, there is no value on testnet stuff, you are missing nothing, no fomo ;)
