the ukraine war was not good for stability itself, but people is starting to accept that it was a proxy war at least.. 

tho, there are +20 wars rn.. what a country wins in ukraine maybe lost in other place.. just to mention one example, wagner troops had being moved to russia, so they are not doing bad in other places..
