It's just like society. In theory you can become anything you want, millionaire, president, etc... In practice it depends heavily on which social group you're born into, social mobility is quite low.

i knew 0 people when I joined around 1 year ago,
got my invitation in the Alchemy discord, (thank you Alchemy, and TaylorDragon :) with the idea of creating a DAO as a place where builders could grow and build together, gave up on building it because that place already exist, it is called Farcaster.

Made tons of frens, collabs, real connections, some money, and I feel like I am part of an incredible ecosystem full of great people trying to create something unique, getting inspiration and help from each other.
