How to participate:

2. Pick a number between 0 and 100 (decimals allowed).
3. The winner will be the person whose number is closest to 2/3 of the average of all numbers chosen.

Example: If the average of all numbers chosen is 30, then 2/3 of 30 is 20. The winner is the person who picked the number closest to 20.
