Well... My fitness goals. Well I got to a point I was like I think I'm good this way but the next day I got to the gym and all this buffed and swole guys got me having a rethink. I simply just want to keep adding muscle mass, try to get more flexible and still be fast. That's my goal, more muscle, flexibility and speed

In the game of volleyball your eyes have to be on the ball at all times and be ready to move. I draw motivation from there and keep my eyes on the bag. I want to win like that volleyballer that is steadfast
