Most people I know in crypto all have Farcaster accounts, but they’re not active here.

With @newcaster, every active Farcaster user can invite friends for free, but only 63 invites were claimed last week.

If we’re focusing on crypto folks, the fee isn’t an issue. But for non-crypto users, do we have any standout features to get their attention now?

People come here for a reason, but now I’m wondering what that reason is. The priority shouldn’t just be onboarding and guiding users on how to use Farcaster, but rather understanding why users are coming in the first place. Once we identify that, we can improve the onboarding experience. In simple terms, the issue isn't with usability, but rather with unclear user demand.
