They’re the most delicious between September and December, so this is the perfect time to give it a try! 1. First, clean the "Daeha" thoroughly. 2. Remove the whiskers, tail, legs, head, and intestines to finish the preparation. 3. Once cleaned, portion the "Daeha" properly. 4. Sprinkle some salt on the bottom of your air fryer, place the "Daeha" on top, and cook at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. 5. Any leftover "Daeha" can be added to ramen for an extra tasty twist!
