i agree for post-pmf products, but for pre-pmf, my preferred stack:

- MVP: Frame/Cast Action app
- First app: PWA
- Post-PMF: Native

no right answer though. native or not, we have not seen a breakout consumer social DAU app since Snapchat days, so let the eventual winner share the verdict

fwiw, i’ve seen teams toiling away to work on butter smooth, silky sleek native apps for 6 months,

only to see it fail flat upon launch. 

if the core tastes good, the crowd will still go wild pwa or not. if the core doesn’t hit it, the golden package and diamond sprinkles won’t matter.

i want fast high frequency needle moving attempts with wide reach, and for that, frames + pwa are good enough in most cases
