Each app has few to dozens of chats and I pruned them aggressively in December.

It's crazy when you consider the context switching.

Also Naver is subsidiary of originally a Korean company (now its Japanese) but Kakao is the main app in Korea not LINE

You're absolutely right. I always forget about Kakotalk and haven't spent too any time in South Korea.
