Singapore has a very stringent food safety rules/laws. SG doesn’t have, what reasonable people call street food. But we do have what’s called “hawkers” which are the best proxies of street food. The nice thing is you get a very widely variety of “street food”. To answer you, very subjective, I like nasi lemak (coconut infused rice with side dishes).
