The longer you stress yourself out the more time off you need The quicker to rest you are the less stress you’ll have in the long run and the easier it is to recover

I have friends who’ve ended up in the burnout / breakdown part of the curve and some of them have taken years to recover fully or have yet to recover after months. Burn out is very real imo

The key to burnout is to stare it hard in the face, tell it to piss off, then finish the mission and fuck off for a month or two and remember why you put in that much effort

This is fine the younger you are The older you get that month or two bleeds into years imo And the older you are the harder it is to miss years
