First of all, everything is downstream ultimately from energy. Unlock energy density, and more work can be done. Everything truly is about energy. Yet every major economic revolution in history was driven by logistics + infrastructure. Movement (physically or in information - again, energy density) was a revolution that was upstream from economic expansion / explosion.
