how I think about it is this way

A) Oracles / oracle networks are ways to put data into the blockchain network
B) with Roc we're taking the approach that we can tie the ownership of the smart contract (through an EOA, AA or CA) directly to the Roc itself. The Roc is a hardware wallet, in a way (under the hood)
