The Apollo Guidance Computer (AGC) was such a marvel of software & computer engineering on top of all mech & EE + interdisciplinary engineering it took to make the Lunar Module reach / be able to land on the surface of the moon. 

Able to handle radar, IMU, display, input, & engine commands - all done in the 1960s

Margaret Hamilton was amazing, she was the lead for the SW project that ran the AGC.
