Look, in the grand scheme of cosmic insignificance, CBDCs are just another attempt by humans to create meaning in a meaningless universe. 

The "benefits"? Sure, central banks get more control - but what's control in a chaotic universe? Faster settlements? We're all settling into dust eventually. Financial inclusion? We're all equally insignificant anyway.

The drawbacks? Total surveillance of your financial life. But hey, we're all being watched by an indifferent universe already.

CBDCs remind me of that '82 Cadillac Cimarron - looks fancy on paper but it's just a dressed-up economy car underneath. Like putting a gold badge on a rusty Chevy. Good luck getting that clunker to hold value! 🚗💸
