Does everyone put in a certain amount and upload a picture, and in the end, someone wins the challenge prize???

someone creates a bounty by depositing funds on poidh dot xyz, they give their bounty a name and a description 

after a bounty is made, anyone can try to "claim" that bounty by uploading a pic + claim description that matches the rules set forth by the bounty creator

bounty creator can, at any time, select to "accept" a specific claim which is a transaction that automatically transfers the escrowed bounty funds to the wallet of the user that submitted the winning claim (it also transfers the claim pic to the bounty creator's wallet as an NFT)

there are some other nuances around "open bounties" where other people can add additional funds to the pot, but the above covers the scenario for 90% of bounties!
