If I could tell one thing to my 18 yo self, it would be this: Health matters infinitely more than making money. There's an interplay between the two, but given the pace of longevity tech, you get more expected value out of optimizing for health than becoming a billionaire.

Man… you’re so right. Health and well being are key. I ruined my back it seems and I’m a photographer… I’ve been thinking a lot about this. Wishing I’d been more careful in the past carrying too much heavy equipment around. My mind is still full of ideas but my body has trouble keeping up the pace.
