I tried WeWork, Mindspace, rent24, Spaces, ... they all look fancy but there really is no community there. Factory was kinda good at it but then started focusing more on companies just like the others. ig Full Node is the only viable option 😂

1️⃣Factory 18-20 was top
2️⃣Design Offices all by myself during Covid was great
3️⃣Been in Wework & Mindspace since then & love the facilities but no community left

Seems covid killed community, corporate renters are the viable business > Mindspace does better.

Gotta say, last year I thought Wework all access membership is unbeatable - great facilities, awesome locations, cheap - and would kill smaller Coworkings.

Mindspace is almost at the same level though and the different locations are a nice to have but no real value-add to pay for.
