inspired by @dwr.eth, the @base team now spends all our time thinking about how we grow:

- quality monthly transacting addresses (qMTA)
- quality monthly transacting builders (qMTB)

there's so much noise (and misdirection) in onchain metrics and it's been very helpful to focus in on the signal.

I find it funny/weird/sad that 99% teams in crypto navigate completely blind & founders seem to not care abt improving their own data & foresight. (I assume 1% builds for themselves, whale/fund interest)*

Amzn showed what it's worth to plan 2-3y ahead.
