You can charge a small signup fee but more importantly make people commit to show up by staking some $higher. Everyone can add to the prize pool. And in the end (for example in 4 weeks) those that showed up get their stake back + the stakes of those that didn't commit + other prize money. In v1, you can verify as organizer who showed up and you can also leave some room for error, for example show up 2/4 times.

I'm gonna use it for Outperformer Club too!
