maybe “nfts are dead” because the audience is fatigued by the duplicative nature of collections out there. holding static metadata with predefined rarity is simply a saturated concept. dare to try something new, the time to innovate is now 📊

100%. Similar collections, ai slop pieces, similar mechanics (whitelist, pump & dump). @ripe did something cool recently. Would love to see a similar concept for a whole NFT collection and maybe even add some economic tweak like royalties split towards pieces that have changed hands a lot or haven’t changed hands or have raked in most volume. (Obv some things can be gamed but I’d love to see some new experimentation & iterations)

Like the first Async dynamic NFTs? https://opensea.io/collection/gazers-by-matt-kane for example ^^ Maybe using their Last Super collection on frames could be interesting. I don't know how much they open sourced their code before closing their door tho
