based on the replies it seems like a lot of users dislike your new framing. felt like a perfect illustration of one of struggles of crossing the chasm (what worked for early adopters won't work for early majority/mainstream)

i don't know if "make money" is it, but i do know that it's not "unruggable network"

Indeed, many OGs here seemingly like the slow niche social, not onboarding new cohorts to turn this into a successful aka value-adding app for many more.

Imo builders, user-investors & token communities have realized long time ago that there’s a great opportunity for farcaster as crypto social but we need many more crypto users & opportunities here.

Would love to see a focus on that for the next growth phase. Maybe it’ll take another turn from there.

Vibe change on @farcaster_xyz among builders &amp; user-investors because the team leans into "Make money" &amp; the account started tweeting good stuff. If the team wants to win, others back it up. Higher together

- personal reasons: discuss tech, better twitter
- experiments: crypto social, socialfi

who like "slow social" (but maybe that's too niche?) &amp; not the "make money" crowd that will dilute the xp.

@farcaster_xyz I signed up for the crypto social out of curiosity.

I definitely hope for a slow social again with friends.

Today, I prefer to find crypto opportunities there &amp; think that's low-hanging fruit to 10-100x users + fin upside.

Ultimately, don't want to consume rndm social content.
