What's your process for testing new ideas? I try not to have new ideas. I have 20+ project pages in notion where I collect evidence of pain. I gradually build up a case study with people who would be first customers. When I do though, as long as I can build it, I’ll share something that tests willingness to pay.

Just reminded me I do not experiment enough with ideas aka try to go to market with potential users. It can be really simple like an ad on Instagram and see how many people want to buy xyz from you. Obv in crypto also ok to ask powerusers about ideas but gotta differentiate stater feedback from real user 1000 $degen

Yeah, for a business, truth is people willing to pay money to avoid pain. You can get that signal rather quickly.
