imo standard is 6m/1y cliff + 24m vest but I'd prefer teams to do other stuff than launch low initial supply tokens, hype up launch, and then unvest and dump on public market buyers. So many opps from rev sharing, public buy-in at similar prices, collective options incl. KPI mining or launching & raising afterwards.
