big opportunity for someone to take a lead on the following things for higher: - chief higher pill-er: get people excited about Higher, streamline a pitch, get them connected in the community - mod / social head: run community call, moderate the channel and group chat no need for permission. just do it and have fun!

I’d prefer the same but think we’d miss some important community tool if we stick to the current setup. Mid-term, I think channels will become an alternative to telegrams, but today I see it this way: 1️⃣ Channels: Flagship store & news hub for a community 2️⃣ (Sub-channels for sub-initiatives when main group grows big) 3️⃣ Day-to-Day Chat: command center, buzzing community/partner care hub & access point 4️⃣ (Sub-chats when main chat grows big, unfocused or subinitiatives require talks)

The better channels like higher are relatively clean (without spam) and already used to share nice, interesting content or have some in-depth discussions. > I’d integrate the good feed into various ecosystem websites Channels are not good for quick back & forth discussions, gathering info. I am not a fan of group chats here and telegram is more adopted & a better access point for people not yet on warpcast. > If you’re already active in the channel, you’re already in the inner group of higher. It would be cool to see you join the chat - especially if you’re interested in discussing initiatives and making higher better - but it’s not important to get in for news because important updates will be shared here too with a short delay.
