This week I built

I spent 8 hours researching @jessepollak, founder of Base, and found these facts:

1. He's Married: Jesse married in June 2024 and even onboarded 117 people to Base during his honeymoon.

2. He loves photography: He shares cool photos on his site✨🤍.

3. Started Coding in High School: He began coding in high school, building projects that sparked his tech interest.

4. Co-founded Clef: He co-founded Clef, a 2FA tool, earned him early tech recognition.

5. He Joined Coinbase in 2017: Pollak quickly rose, leading major projects.

6. He Built Coinbase Wallet:7. His work on the wallet contributed significantly to Coinbase’s goal of bringing the world onchain

7. Founded Base Blockchain: Base became a top Layer 2 by Q3 2024.

8. Vision: His vision is for 1B people and 1M devs to be on-chain with pillars: Creativity, Innovation, Freedom.
