Crypto news eth-etf no pass？ On June 29th, according to The Block, citing people familiar with the matter, the US Securities and Exchange Commission has returned the S-1 form to the potential Ethereum spot ETF issuer with only a few comments. The publisher has been asked to process these resubmit them before July 8.
