Black-and-white coat color, round figure, awkward movements, giant panda, an ancient relic from 8 million years ago, makes people look forward to it. Giant pandas are also called "iron-eating beasts". Guo Pu, a writer in Jin Dynasty, mentioned in his annotation of Shan Hai Jing laishan that "Qionglai Mountain came out as a bear, contradicting black and white, and eating copper and iron". In 1869, Armand David, a French naturalist and priest, sent the giant panda specimen to the French National Museum of Natural History for exhibition. This unique species in China caused a worldwide sensation in an instant.
