- add url?=<url> to automatically open the validator with a frame

FYI the Validator acts differently than the main feed when it comes to og:image being present vs not, we ran into that this morning that took us a while to debug around this issue 😿

Varun and @gt - we ended up decreasing our image size for the backgroundImage in our frame and that corrected the issue... we hadn't seen yesterday's notification about the image size limit, and between our older image (~150KB) and our imported font (~150K) we were over the limit...

thanks for flagging, will debug. what is the exact difference you observed?
