Still not sure how /base-builds works in terms of ranking. One day someone is first, another day you can be on top, and the day after you are far away on the table.

it’s complicated 
it’s a lot of work for an individual to sift through so a couple of automation was put into place 
however some people have found a way to circumvent the system, technically f*cking things for everyone!

But there are several curators not only one. Also how the fuck the system? Also, the changes on leaderboard are wild

i saw a cast by @seneca about how some people were posting in the channel with empty repos
there’s more than 700 casts last i checked which is a lot of work no matter how many curators. i don’t envy them at all! i understand your point. i hope you are sorted properly by the deadline

@seneca @statuette, maybe for a fresh 2025 would be cool to do a reset in all members and let them join based on Builder Score as it’s happening right now.

Yeah, been working with both of you to help /base-builds be as accurate as possible, and I think we are on the right direction, just trying to understand better the system and see users opinion to make it even stronger.

I think the main problem right now is amount of submissions. Most of them are not good quality.

@seneca is actively working on finding the best algorithm to avoid spam and and also highlight the exceptional builders. Fresh start could be another option to consider but this is the reason the changes are happening. It’s a work in progress. We’ll get there..
