What’s the 80/20 way to get most nutrients? I’ve never been good at a routine of well balanced meals outside of dinner. I’ve tried habit change but failed many times. I’m looking for low effort and “good enough” that’s quick to prepare or purchase. Maybe supplements or a smoothie? ty!

If you're talking about micronutrients, getting them all from meals is insane work. And actually literally impossible unless you can get down 6000+ calories. I've done the research and actually attempted. Supplements are extremely underrated. Key is to take them properly spaced out from each other so they can interact with each other and cancel out. Can say more if needed.

Is saying both macro and micro asking for too much :) What would be your recommendation for “good enough” daily micronutrients?

Macro is much easier. Just carbs, protein and fat. To say how much of each depends on whether you lift or not. And if yes, whether you're trying to bulk, maintain, or cut. Micro is a scary dungeon lol and it would be super long to get into it. Maybe I'll do it some time in the future. I guess the bottom of the barrel strategy with the least work is take some multivitamin-esque thing like AG-1 (which is pushed by influencers) + Vit D (if you don't get sunlight) + Iron + Electrolytes (Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium) I'm skeptical of AG-1's efficacy cause things aren't as effective when they're all combined like this. But def much better than nothing. Before you start this, survey your typical food for what it already has and if it's meets the RDA or not. And whichever you're getting through food, you can exclude them from the list above.
