seeing @betashop.eth and team take a big swing with moxie has been pretty inspiring: a full court press with partners, protocol, ecosystem, viral loops and token. and they're not that big a team. it's been 7mo solo bootstrapped and i'm refining my thinking on bet size and tam – small and big products have some conservation of effort but wildly different pay offs.

its trade offs all the way down ofc but im starting to get a better feel and intuition for each and how that matches up with the life and impact I want.
