Some tips, I used to train baristas. Based on above, you need to wrap the milk around the pitcher thoroughly before pouring. That redistributes the foam back thru the whole. Another is making sure you pour at a decent flow rate. If you go too slow all the foam sits at the back until the end and u get “white out”
