I sparred 12 full rounds yesterday on oculus quest 2. incredibly cathartic experience, emotional man. I quit sparring after I had a concussion 7y ago but I still train hard cause I love the sport, now I can fight again. Thrill of the fight 2 added networked multiplayer in their latest beta, it’s really good, and most of the people playing are fighters, you can tell by their movements. Incredible.

ya it feels just like the real thing, here’s a vid: https://youtu.be/1KNT3bnIkok?si=gmBZ15d_oCSwMTEh There’s some parts missing, like you can’t lean on people and feel things which is a big part of fighting but anything at medium or long distance feels incredible. Also vr vids never demo so well, I’d recommend trying it.

Boxing is well suited for vr, can track head movements really well. Holding both controllers feel natural like gloves do. And you don’t have to move too much, it tracks it really well.
