Does anyone know how to get paperboy to work?

When i set it up it tips 1 degen when i set it up for 50 and it tips 2 degen when i set it up for 69.

tried erasing them all, choosing the presets in the actions and creating my own actions with the frame and get the same results. 

is paperboy still working @jtgi ?
