Stretch Target: Hypersub

Price notifications are the goal that I'd like to launch the hypersub with, but to get there I have a few technical steps first. Adding in intermediate features so that I can get the technical know-how without having to build a large system.

Buy/Sell buttons that send Direct Casts seem to be a great place to start. 

Not competing with Airstack's site, but don't want to leave essential functionality out, either. Eventually, I'd love to be able to transact more completely from MoxieScout.

Baseline target done. Next up is the hypersub.
